How to Prepare for this Diagnostic & Imaging Procedure
For Health checkups: Prior appointment only.
For any routine follow-up test: Walk in.
Instructions: For all health checkup packages 10 to 12 hrs. fasting is required.
Visit the information desk for laboratory service-related information. Health checkup patients need to go to the 2nd floor OPD for registration and billing before a test is performed in the Pathology Department (1st floor). Routine/follow-up patients can directly go to the OPD counter for billing and then proceed to their respective tests that are performed in the Pathology department (1st floor).
We ensure that the patient is calm and relaxed, as a Pathology test is a routine procedure. Sample collection will take hardly 10 minutes.
For Fasting Blood Sugar and Lipid Profile, patients need to fast for 10–12 hrs. Family members need to note this point especially for elderly patients.
Our Pathology Lab is open 24x7. Early morning blood collection on an OPD basis starts 7 a.m. onwards.
No appointment is required for OPD-based blood collection. Patients can come directly for walk-ins from 7 a.m. onwards.
